Banana Whoopie Pie Recipe

This was one of my favortie treats that we use to make at the bakery! 
 
What is a Whoopie Pie you ask? Is it a cookie or cake? It's both! This banana cake-cookie is sandwiched together with vanilla buttercream. It is so good it will drive you bananas! Try them frozen too!  YUMMY!
